No challenge is too big for our athlete Jude and she recently signed up to take on the epic challenge of a Deka Trifecta! One of the events that made up this intense fitness effort was Deka Fit, a functional fitness competition with lots of crossover to OCR. She has dominated the worldwide stair racing circuits for the last decade and is the 9 times Tower Running World Cup winner and a 10 times winner of the Empire State Building Run Up. Fit Friend Friday - Choon Man
Choon Man is everyones favourite obstacle swinging, banana chomping, Ultra running, Ninja warrior. After 3 years on the obstacle course race scene we’ve seen Choon collect podiums at multiple distances in Spartan Races as well as performing well in local competitions like The Red-X Games and Urban Attack. When 2020 finally gets itself together and allows us to get back out and compete we’re excited to see how far Choon Man can push himself in even more disciplines!
