While we’re in lockdown in various places all over the world, here at Team Grit we are trying to bring a bit of fun to your day and an incentive to stay on top of your training. After the success of our burpee challenge we thought we’d bring you another chance to be in it to win it so we’re launching our next challenge and it’s all focused on our weekly workouts.

You might have seen that each week we post a workout of the week and recently these have all been adapted to be COVID suitable (no equipment needed and they can be completed from the comfort of your own home). So, starting on Monday 27th- for four weeks- our WOTW is going to form part of a challenge (don’t worry - if you just want to keep taking them on for fun without posting your time you also can!). Each week on Monday at 3pm (SGT) we will launch the week’s challenge. You will have until the following Monday at 9am (SGT) to submit your best score (you are welcome to try the workout as many times as you want during this period).

How will it be scored?
Each WOTW will operate on a 100 point drop system. The challenger who comes in 1st place will receive 100 points for that week. 2nd Place will receive 95 points, down to 5th place who will receive 80 points. From 6th place downwards challengers will receive 1 point less than the place above e.g 6th will receive 79 points, 7th will receive 78 points etc. Your total score for all 4 workouts will be combined and the male and female highest totals will be crowned champions.

How do I submit my score?
Each week you will be required to complete a Google Form submission and share with us your ONE BEST VIDEO (This must be the raw, unedited, non-sped up version). Feel free to have multiple tries but please do only share your best video for judging - we will only be able to judge the first video we receive from each person.

Sharing your video
We highly recommend you use www.wetransfer.com to share your video with us. It is free, easy, fast and you don’t even need to set up an account. Alternatively, you may also share it with us in an email to teamgritocr@gmail.com or share it with us on Google Drive. No other methods will be accepted.

T&CS
-You will only be eligible for the above points if you submit your score within the given timeframe. If you do not complete one of the workouts, you will still be able to submit scores for the others but missed workouts will automatically receive a score of 0.
- Workout videos will only be accepted if they are submitted by wetransfer.com, Google Drive or via email in the given timeframe. Any videos submitted after the weekly deadline will not be considered in the rankings.
-Please familiarise yourself with the workout standards before attempting the WOTW. These can be found here and will be updated each week. We reserve the right to query scores and contact participants regarding submissions. Videos will be subject to these standards and penalties will be made for non-compliance; Coach Sean’s decision is final with these.
- Participants can join in from any location across the world and we will cover the cost of delivery of relevant prizes. Any fees incurred from country specific taxes are not covered in the contest prize and will be up to the participant to pay.
- This is a fun competition because things are tough at the moment. Please remain integral and submit honest results.
