From a running career including successes such as placing 6th in the 2006 Commonwealth Games 1500m and several Australian national open titles over 800m and 1500m, Suzy then moved to stair racing when she relocated to Singapore in 2006. She has dominated the worldwide stair racing circuits for the last decade and is the 9 times Tower Running World Cup winner and a 10 times winner of the Empire State Building Run Up. Suzy equates much of her success to the importance of strength training regularly and she has been kind enough to share her personal journey with us. Choon Man is everyones favourite obstacle swinging, banana chomping, Ultra running, Ninja warrior. After 3 years on the obstacle course race scene we’ve seen Choon collect podiums at multiple distances in Spartan Races as well as performing well in local competitions like The Red-X Games and Urban Attack. When 2020 finally gets itself together and allows us to get back out and compete we’re excited to see how far Choon Man can push himself in even more disciplines!
