With the Spartan Ultra in Wales now only 5 months away, if you’re hoping to take part it’s time to start focusing on your training plan! So as we start preparing for the 2022 race season, we thought we’d share the training journey of one of our Ultra athletes, Lisa. Lisa reached out to us last year looking for some 1:1 coaching to prepare for the Spartan Ultra in Scotland. Read on to find out more about Lisa’s experience.
