Thank you so much to everyone who came down to Operation Alpha yesterday. It was amazing to see people from all fitness backgrounds come together to smash the Danger Close workout in pairs and we were so impressed with how deep people were willing to dig to give it their all.
Every team took on the Danger Close workout to compete for a place in the final.
The top 4 teams faced off to complete this beast of a workout to determine the overall winner.
With only one rep between 1st and 2nd place in the final it was certainly a nail biting event but all the teams did an amazing job and we wanted to share the full results and say a huge well done to each and every team that took part. The aim was to test your fitness and you certainly all did that!
