With times uncertain and no races in the near future, it can be hard to even feel motivated to train, let alone stick to a plan. So we have taken the hard work away and are bringing you a comprehensive 4 week program that will allow you to build your training with no equipment, from the comfort of your own home for just $10!

This program is designed to help you stay fit and vary your training while at home, exercises can be made more difficult by extending times, adding weights or completing extra rounds. Each week includes 4 planned workouts with two additional cardio sessions and will include a strength, cardio, conditioning and quality day.

This program is designed to fit around a 4 week lockdown period which has become the standard time for most nations. Some optional outdoor sessions are included in this program, please only do these if it is both safe and legal for you to do so.
